RADIO STATION CONTEST RULES
1. All prize contestants must be at least 18 years old to participate in any contest unless otherwise noted.
2. Only one prize winner per household is permitted on KBZM-KKQX-KSCY (“the Stations”) per every thirty (30) days.
3. No purchase ever necessary to win.
4. Any prize awarded on Stations has no cash value and no substitutions are allowed for any prize(s) except as noted below.
5. Any applicable federal, state or local taxes on any prize awarded are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Employees of the Stations, its sponsors, affiliates, agents, other media outlets and their families are not eligible to participate in any contest.
7. Prize winners are required to meet all eligibility requirements and the Stations reserve the right to disqualify any contestant(s) who do not adhere to contest rules or who fraudulently attempt to win or claim a prize.
8. At the sole discretion of the Stations, from time to time, a prize substitution may be required due to rescheduling or cancellation of events.
9. All prizes must be claimed within fourteen (14) days unless otherwise noted and any prizes claimed after an event’s occurrence are forfeited and a substitute prize will not be awarded.
10. Stations are not responsible for any impedance – technical or otherwise – which may hinder or prevent an individual from entering any contest.
11. All prizes are non-transferable.
12. Decision of the judges is final.
