Jackrabbit Crossing is shaping up to be one of the most significant commercial developments in Belgrade, bringing new shopping, dining, and services to one of the fastest-growing areas in the Gallatin Valley. Located along the busy Jackrabbit Lane corridor, the project is designed as a large mixed-use community where residents can live, work, and shop in one convenient location.
Dave Wooten had the Belgrade Chamber of Commerce on the KSKY Morning Show and they told him some of the restaurants that will be coming to Jackrabbit Crossing.
The nearly 200-acre development will be anchored by a 58,000-square-foot Rosauers supermarket, giving residents in Belgrade and the surrounding area another nearby grocery option. Construction on the store is expected to begin in 2025 with a planned opening in 2026.
In addition to the grocery store, Jackrabbit Crossing will feature several popular national brands and everyday conveniences. Planned businesses include Chipotle, Jimmy John’s, Panda Express, Valvoline, and a new coffee house, along with other retail and service options. These additions are expected to create a convenient hub for food, fuel, and quick services for people living or commuting through the rapidly growing Belgrade area.
As new neighborhoods continue to grow around Belgrade, Jackrabbit Crossing is expected to become a major destination for dining, shopping, and daily essentials for local residents and visitors alike.
Once complete, the project will represent another step in Belgrade’s transformation from a small bedroom community into a thriving commercial center in southwest Montana.
